  1. Get the pork shoulder and cut it in half so that you have two pieces of 1 pound.
  2. Take all dry ingredients and blend all of them together. Coat the pork with the mix by rubbing it on pork.
  3. Keep the pork in a pressure cooker. Add up water and BBQ sauce to it.
  4. Lock up the lid. Rotate the valve into the sealing position. Set the pot for 40 minutes on high pressure.
  5. Allow the natural release when the timer goes off, for about 10 minutes. After that, rotate the valve into a VENTING position. Before you remove the lid, make sure you release any remaining pressure.
  6. Take out the meat from the pressure cooker. Shred the pork and leave the gravy behind. You can add extra BBQ sauce into the dish if you want.
