Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce + extra sauce for taste
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Get the pork shoulder and cut it in half so that you have two pieces of 1 pound.
  • Take all dry ingredients and blend all of them together. Coat the pork with the mix by rubbing it on pork.
  • Keep the pork in a pressure cooker. Add up water and BBQ sauce to it.
  • Lock up the lid. Rotate the valve into the sealing position. Set the pot for 40 minutes on high pressure.
  • Allow the natural release when the timer goes off, for about 10 minutes. After that, rotate the valve into a VENTING position. Before you remove the lid, make sure you release any remaining pressure.
  • Take out the meat from the pressure cooker. Shred the pork and leave the gravy behind. You can add extra BBQ sauce into the dish if you want.
  • Enjoy!
