Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce + extra sauce for taste
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Get the pork shoulder and cut it in half so that you have two pieces of 1 pound.
- Take all dry ingredients and blend all of them together. Coat the pork with the mix by rubbing it on pork.
- Keep the pork in a pressure cooker. Add up water and BBQ sauce to it.
- Lock up the lid. Rotate the valve into the sealing position. Set the pot for 40 minutes on high pressure.
