Main Ingredients:

· Virgin olive oil – 4 Tablespoons

· grated lemon zest – 2 teaspoons

· Lemons – 2 ounce

· Dijon mustard – 2 Teaspoons

· Finely chopped fresh parsley – 4 Tablespoons

· White and green parts thinly sliced – 2 scallions

· Celery – 4 finely chopped

· Capers – 1 Teaspoon

· Sardines, drained – 4 3.8- ounce – Olive oil-packed

· Ground black pepper – Coarse salt and freshly

· Pasta noodles

Cooking Steps

1. In a medium-sized bowl, Add together olive oil with lemon zest along with its juice, also add mustard in the mixture.

4. Mix the sardine mixture with pasta and nicely mix them. Sprinkle some parsley, to adjust the taste, blend some more parsley with bread crumbs.

Ingredients:

· Olive Oil – 2 Tablespoon

· Red pepper – ½ Finely sliced

· Red onion, finely sliced – 1 Medium

· Garlic, minced – 3 Cloves

· Olives – ½ cup

· Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup – sliced in half

· Tomato paste – 2 Tablespoon

· Red chili pepper – ½ finely chopped

· Sardines – 1 Tin

· Basil leaves

· Dried Spaghetti – 200 gm

· Black Pepper

· Lemon Zest

· White wine/lemon juice – ½ cup

Instructions:

1. Over medium heat, on a huge frying pan, mix the olive oil with the sardine oil. Mix the bell pepper in it when it becomes hot until it becomes soft cook it.

2. For additional 2-3 minutes, sauté by adding some red onion in it.

3. Let it get fry until it you get soft texture after adding olives.

4. Tilt your frying pan to one side to mix all the ingredients and, if needed, add another spoon of olive oil and fry the tomato and basil leaves.

5. When the tomatoes get wrinkles and cooked, mix them in the pan, and mix the chili pepper along with the sardines, separate it small pieces.

6. Mix one lemon zest, sprinkle some white wine or lemon juice, combine all flavors. Let it get cooked for some time.

7. Get one big pot of salted water and boil it. 1lt of water per 100 grams of pasta is the suggested portion.

8. Once the water of the pasta gets boiled, start cooking your spaghetti

9. Follow the given suggestions: Remove extra water from the pasta, don’t let it get overcooked.

10. Along with the half of a cup of the pasta water mix tomato paste into your sauce. Lower the heat & simmer it 3-5 minutes. The sauce will get bonded with the spaghetti with help starch water from the pasta. .Add some salt and other flavors according to taste. As many ingredients have salt in it, you will not need extra salt.

11. Remove the water from pasta and keep it in the saucepan and softly mix everything.

· Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon

· Coconut Oil: 2 Tablespoon

· Greenchilly vertically chopped : 3 Nos

Sardine Curry preparation:

  1. In half cup of water, soak gamboge for 20 minutes. Make a slice of each fish in 2-3 pieces and completely clean it and dress them with salt/rock salt to prevent salt.
  2. Use a clay-pot to heat the coconut oil and put mustard seeds in it.
  3. Mix the cut shallots when the crackling sound comes from mustard seeds in oil and make a mixture of it until it changes color.
  4. Mix the chopped ginger, sliced green chilies, garlic cloves, stir it until the garlic takes yellow color.
  5. Mix the chopped tomatoes and stir unless and until pleasant aromatic smell comes from it.
  6. Take warm coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder & fenugreek powder in a pan.
  7. Paste the above ingredients in the mixer with little water and then put it into the pot.
  8. Cleanse the mixer jar and also add the rinsed water into the pot.
  9. Soaking the gambooge, which is sliced with the water used, add the curry leaves and salt.
  10. To get the desired volume to add some water.
  11. Add the fish pieces and boil it
  12. On medium flame, cook it until the fish becomes soft and separated by oil.
  13. Uncover the pan and let the gravy get reduced to half by evaporation.
  14. Cover the pan with the lid and turn off the flame, to mix the spices keep it idle until the mixture changes color.
