    Ingredients
      

    • 500 gms Chicken - 500 boneless
    • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
    • 1 Green pepper
    • 2 Onions
    • 3-4 Green chillies
    • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
    • 3 tbsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • salt
    • Pepper
    • Oil - for frying
    • Spring onion – for garnishing

    Instructions
     

    • Take the chicken and clean it, keep it aside. Cut the onion pieces and green chillies. After that, chop the bell pepper into fine small pieces of 2&#x22. Create a paste blend with water and two tablespoons of corn-flour.
    • After that, mix ½ teaspoons of soy sauce, half of the ginger, garlic paste, salt, 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar, and pepper. For 20 minutes, marinate it well.
    • Set a medium heat flame and deeply fry the chicken marinated pieces. Use a kitchen roll to drain, put it aside. Take a pan and heat two teaspoons of oil in it. Pour green chillies and onions in it. Saute it to the point onions turn a little brown. After that, mix the remaining ginger-garlic paste in it and fry lightly.
    • After that, add the chicken to it. Also, pour ketchup, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and soya sauce. Create a blend with water and one tablespoon of the corn-flour, mix it with chicken. Blend it well and keep boiling it till it becomes thick.
    • Create some pretty culinary spring onion garnishing and serve!
