  • Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon

  • Butter – 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/4 tablespoon
  • Fenugreek leaves – 3/4 tablespoon
  • Cream – 3 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoon


  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan or frying pan.
  • Add pepper, ginger, garlic paste and all spices (cardamom, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon,  and bay leaves ).
  • Add cashews, poppy seeds (and if you use them), and onions. Add the tomatoes as soon as the onions become transparent. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook until the tomatoes begin to melt and mix to start leaving the oil on the side.
  •  In a skillet or frying pan, heat the remaining butter and add the ginger garlic paste.
  • Add hot spice powder, pepper powder, turmeric, tomato sauce, and salt with 1/2 cup of water.
  • Until curry boils, simmer and cook for 30 minutes, until the oil is slightly separated.
  • Add small pieces of paneer in the gravy.
  • In another bowl, take Kasuri methi and grind it well. Mix a Kasuri methi and cream frame in curry and put out the flame. Serve hot with rice or chapati.

  • Salt as per taste


  • Clean and wash spinach in water to remove dirt or impurities. Boil it in saltwater for 2 minutes.
  • Drain with a large spoon or perforated strainer.
  • Transfer the dry spinach directly to cold water and wait for one minute.
  • Strain excess water and transfer spinach to a medium jar of a mixer grinder.
  • Add the green pepper and fry until soft. If necessary, add water to the grind.
  • Pour one tablespoon of oil into the skillet, keep it on low heat.
  •  Fry paneer cubes until light brown. 
  •   You can remove butter or extra oil by placing it on a paper napkin.
  •  Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  •  Add the fried onions and fry it. Add garlic and ginger paste and stir for 30 seconds.
  •  Add Spinach (palak) and salt as per taste and then stir it on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  •  Add 1/3 cup of water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  •  When the gravy begins to boil, add shallow fried cubes of paneer and Cook for 3-4min.
  •  Turn off heat, add lemon juice, cream, and Kasuri methi and stir it well.

  • Herbs – 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour –   1/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – for frying     


  • First, in a large bowl, take paneer cubes.
  • Add garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, pepper, herbs, and salt.
  • Mix well to ensure that all spices covered paneer.
  • Now in a small bowl, add cornflour, pepper, and salt to make cornflour paste.
  • Add a cup of water and make a soft dough without lumps.
  • Now dip grated paneer in corn flour batter.

  • Dip the coated paneer and cover it with bread crumbs (double coated).

 For Sauce

  • Soya sauce – 30ml
  • Dark soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar – 15 ml
  • Green chili sauce – 15ml
  • Tomato ketchup – 30ml
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch slurry
  • Water – 1 cup

For frying paneer

  • Paneer – 250 grams(chopped into cubes)
  • Cornstarch – 3 tablespoon
  • Corn flour – 3 tablespoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tablespoon
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Oil- for frying


  • Sesame oil – 22ml
  • Avocado oil – 15ml
  • Ginger chopped – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tablespoon
  • Stalk celery – 1(chopped)
  • Onion – 1
  • Green pepper – 1(cut in squares)
  • Water – 4 tablespoon
  • For garnishing, use green onions.


  • Cut the paneer into cubes. In a large bowl, add paneer, Garlic ginger paste, chili powder, salt.
  • Mix well; be sure to mix all the seasoning well. Leave it to soak for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add paneer cubes.
  • Roast over medium heat until golden brown. Don’t overcook as it becomes sapphire. Keep aside.
  • On high heat, heat oil and fry 2 garlic cloves and onions.
  • Now add 2 carrots, beans, red capsicum,  green capsicum.
  • Fry vegetables on high heat until cooked.
  • Add 3 more tablespoons of cabbage and stir for a few seconds.
  • Add chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and salt.
  • Fry them until the sauce mixes well.
  • Add cooked rice 3 cups. You can use freshly cooked rice or the remaining rice here.
  • Stir everything on high heat to mix well.
  • Add roasted paneer and spring onion and stir well.
  • Finally, try paneer fried rice with Manchurian gravy.

If you are using freshly cooked rice, make sure to cool it well before adding it. Add the vegetables of your choice to make them more nutritious. Also, add green pepper to add more seasoning.

  • Paneer – 250 gram
  • Oil- 1 tablespoon
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon

  • Onion – 1(chopped)
  • Green chilies – 2(crushed)

  • Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric – 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt as per taste


  • Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
  • Heat oil and ghee over medium heat in a pan. Add fennel and cumin seeds and stir for a few seconds.
  • Then add the hing and mix it well. Add chopped onions, ground green pepper, ginger garlic paste, and stir. Cook for 5 minutes until light brown. You can add a little salt here to cook onions faster.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Then add coriander powder, turmeric, and pepper powder. Add salt and mix seasoning for 30 seconds.
  • Then add crumbled paneer and mix everything—Cook the paneer for 2-3 minutes. Don’t cook too much. Add the cilantro.
  • Add lemon juice if you want to add more flavor, and serve it.

  1. Cut the cubes out of paneer gently. Take a large bowl and pour Garlic ginger paste, chili powder, paneer, and salt.
  2. Blend the mixture well; make sure the seasoning gets well blended. Keep it aside to soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Take the pan and heat some oil it, now add up the paneer cubes.
  4. Use a medium heat flame to roast it, roast it until it takes up lovely golden brown shade. You have to make sure not to overcook it as it has a tendency to be burnt quickly, keep it aside after roasting.
  5. Heat the oil on high heat flame, take two garlic cloves and onions and fry them.
  6. Now pour beans, red capsicum, two carrots along with some green capsicum.
  7. Use a high heat flame until vegetables are wholly cooked.
  8. Stir it for a few more seconds after adding additional three tablespoons of cabbage.
  9. Afterward, stream vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, and some black pepper powder, salt.
  10. Keep frying until the sauces get blended well.
  11. Now, mix 3 cups of cooked rice. You can even use the remaining rice here or use freshly cooked rice.
  12. Use a high heat flame and stir everything and mix well.
  13. Pour roasted paneer and onion, stir it nicely.
  14. Serve the paneer fried rice along with some Manchurian gravy to elevate the yumminess.
