EXPLORE THIS EASIEST WAY TO CUT BLOOMING ONION FOR HOMEMADE RECIPE

As long as you keep the root intact, the onion cutting becomes much easy. Make sure you don’t cut out the root! Always try to maintain the cuts of onions into small portions to get even sized cut pieces. The second most crucial step is to soak the onion in cold water so that all the petals get bloomed in water and remain separated independently.

First of all, begin peeling the onion, chop it off by the topmost portion, and cut off the top flat. Keep the cut side down on your cutting board. Begin by 1/2 of an inch from the root’s part, and chop the onion by making four even quarters of it. However, always make sure you don’t make the mistake of chopping the root in an accidental way in haste.

Then make four even pieces by cutting each quarter to get the whole 16 evenly sized sections. You would even like to create the three sections to get the small-sized sections. Take some ice water and soak the onion in it for 2 hours. This process will easily keep the petals separated without any force.

EXPLORE THESE SIMPLE STEPS FOR THE PERFECT RECIPE!

    MIX THE SAUCE:

Begin by cutting the onion. Make a small cut at the end root of the onion. Afterward, throw away all the dried and distorted peels. Place the onion on a cutting board with flat side down (root side up).  Now take a sharp knife and begin chopping about 1/2 in. from the root portion to create a clean slice downward. Afterward, rotate the onion by one-quarter and create another slice downward.  Follow up with the two additional one-quarter rotations and then two additional clean slices downside.

After this, you will have four equal-sized slices downward that are equally spaced apart. Afterward, chop 3 to 4 equal cuts downside in each cut so that you again get equally spaced cuts downward in all those four sections. Keep the onion with root side down and softly pull out the all the petals to separate.
