- Take the chicken and clean it, keep it aside. Cut the onion pieces and green chillies. After that, chop the bell pepper into fine small pieces of 2". Create a paste blend with water and two tablespoons of corn-flour.
- After that, mix ½ teaspoons of soy sauce, half of the ginger, garlic paste, salt, 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar, and pepper. For 20 minutes, marinate it well.
- Set a medium heat flame and deeply fry the chicken marinated pieces. Use a kitchen roll to drain, put it aside. Take a pan and heat two teaspoons of oil in it. Pour green chillies and onions in it. Saute it to the point onions turn a little brown. After that, mix the remaining ginger-garlic paste in it and fry lightly.
- After that, add the chicken to it. Also, pour ketchup, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and soya sauce. Create a blend with water and one tablespoon of the corn-flour, mix it with chicken. Blend it well and keep boiling it till it becomes thick.
- Create some pretty culinary spring onion garnishing and serve!
