Simple Chilly Chicken Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Chicken - 500 boneless
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil - for frying
  • Spring onion – for garnishing

Method
 

  1. Take the chicken and clean it, keep it aside. Cut the onion pieces and green chillies. After that, chop the bell pepper into fine small pieces of 2&#x22. Create a paste blend with water and two tablespoons of corn-flour.
  2. After that, mix ½ teaspoons of soy sauce, half of the ginger, garlic paste, salt, 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar, and pepper. For 20 minutes, marinate it well.
  3. Set a medium heat flame and deeply fry the chicken marinated pieces. Use a kitchen roll to drain, put it aside. Take a pan and heat two teaspoons of oil in it. Pour green chillies and onions in it. Saute it to the point onions turn a little brown. After that, mix the remaining ginger-garlic paste in it and fry lightly.
  4. After that, add the chicken to it. Also, pour ketchup, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and soya sauce. Create a blend with water and one tablespoon of the corn-flour, mix it with chicken. Blend it well and keep boiling it till it becomes thick.
  5. Create some pretty culinary spring onion garnishing and serve!
