Method
- Add the juice from canned oyster and water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- Give it a light boil, stir it at regular intervals
- Cover up the lid and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat flame.
- Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, both.
- Add sugar and salt for taste.
- For 10 minutes, allow the mixture to simmer for ten more minutes, or to the point it gets a little thicker. Allow it to cool down before using any recipe.
