Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Juice from canned oysters
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • salt
  • Sugar - for taste

Method
 

  1. Add the juice from canned oyster and water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Give it a light boil, stir it at regular intervals
  3. Cover up the lid and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat flame.
  4. Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, both.
  5. Add sugar and salt for taste.
  6. For 10 minutes, allow the mixture to simmer for ten more minutes, or to the point it gets a little thicker. Allow it to cool down before using any recipe.
