Ingredients
Method
- First of all, peel off the potatoes and chop them into quarters. Take a large stockpot and keep the potatoes chunks in it, stream water and cover it up. Also, drizzle up some salt, about one teaspoon. Lightly boil it. Let it get boiled for twenty minutes, or to the point; potatoes get completely soft.
- Take a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and milk in it and keep the bowl in a microwave to the point complete butter is melted or for 50 seconds. This will prevent your potatoes from cooling off when milk is added.
- Drain the potatoes well and mash them by using a stand mixer or potato masher. Mash it on medium-low speed. Very gently pour the milk till the point you get desired consistency.
- Add up some sour cream. Also add pepper and salt for taste. Serve the dish!
