Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Juice from canned oysters
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • salt
  • Sugar - for taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the juice from canned oyster and water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  • Give it a light boil, stir it at regular intervals
  • Cover up the lid and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat flame.
  • Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, both.
  • Add sugar and salt for taste.
  • For 10 minutes, allow the mixture to simmer for ten more minutes, or to the point it gets a little thicker. Allow it to cool down before using any recipe.
