Ingredients
  

  • 6 cold Eggs
  • 1 big tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take a deep saucepan, crack the eggs in it. Drizzle up the knob of butter. Turn down the heat flame to medium heat.
  • Stir it consistently; use a rubber spatula. Fold the eggs and scrape the bits at the bottom. Skip whisking.
  • Take out the pan from the heat flame just after 30 seconds and just keep stirring for 10 seconds. Keep it back upon heat flame for the next 30 seconds, and then take out from heat flame and keep stirring it for 10 seconds or more. Repeat the step for 3 minutes, or to the point eggs become totally soft and tender, completely cooked.
  • Take out from the heat and add some yogurt, afterward drizzle up pepper and salt. Garnish your dish with fresh thyme, chopped chives, or some green onion chunks, serve the dish.
