Method
- Take a large-sized skillet and keep it on medium heat flame. Crumble beef and sausage, cook both together until no longer pink; drain it well. After that, pour the next seven ingredients. Give a light boil to it. Decrease the heat; simmer it, uncover it, and keep it for 1 hour, stir it at regular intervals. Add the seasonings along with the pepper and salt as per your taste.
- Meanwhile, gently beat the eggs in a large-sized bowl. Pour some parsley; add the ricotta, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Get the oven ready by preheating it to 375°. Take an ungreased baking dish of 13x9-inch and roll on 1 cup of meat sauce. Layer it with provolone cheese, noodles, 2 cups of cottage cheese blend, three noodles, 1 cup of mozzarella, 2 cups of meat sauce, 1 cup mozzarella and leftover cottage cheese mix. Also, pour the leftover noodles, mozzarella and meat sauce on it.
- Cover it up and for 50 minutes, bake it well. After that, uncover it; bake it until it gets heated thoroughly, or for 20 minutes. Give it the rest of 15 minutes before slicing it.
