Method
- Get the oven ready by preheating it to 375°F.
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic in a bowl. You can use a hand mixer for it, blend till it becomes fluffy.
- Stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, artichokes and gruyere cheese.
- Take a 9x9 casserole dish and stream into it. Drizzle up leftover ½ cup mozzarella cheese topping on it.
- Bake it until it becomes thoroughly bubbly, or until the cheese is wholly melted or for 25-30 minutes.
- Slice ½ inches of slices of baguette. Get the olive oil and very gently season one side of each. Only broil the oiled side until slightly browned or for about 2 minutes.
- Take it out from the oven. Rub a clove of garlic on each slice and serve!
