Method
- Keep the oven to Preheat for 350 ℉. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment or aluminium foil.
- Take a small bowl and mix all the topping ingredients in it; keep it aside.
- Take a large bowl, beat the eggs in it, then pour the cracker crumbs, green pepper, milk, pepper, onion, salt, and cheese; stir it to combine well.
- Add up the ground beef and blend it well. Roll out the meatloaf blend on the prepared pan; make a loaf form of it.
- Keep it for baking for 30 minutes, then sprinkle up the topping on the meatloaf. Bake it for extra 30 minutes or until the middle part has reached 160 ℉.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, afterward slice and serve.
