- Cut the cubes out of paneer gently. Take a large bowl and pour Garlic ginger paste, chili powder, paneer, and salt.
- Blend the mixture well; make sure the seasoning gets well blended. Keep it aside to soak for 20 minutes.
- Take the pan and heat some oil it, now add up the paneer cubes.
- Use a medium heat flame to roast it, roast it until it takes up lovely golden brown shade. You have to make sure not to overcook it as it has a tendency to be burnt quickly, keep it aside after roasting.
- Heat the oil on high heat flame, take two garlic cloves and onions and fry them.
- Now pour beans, red capsicum, two carrots along with some green capsicum.
- Use a high heat flame until vegetables are wholly cooked.
- Stir it for a few more seconds after adding additional three tablespoons of cabbage.
- Afterward, stream vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, and some black pepper powder, salt.
- Keep frying until the sauces get blended well.
- Now, mix 3 cups of cooked rice. You can even use the remaining rice here or use freshly cooked rice.
- Use a high heat flame and stir everything and mix well.
- Pour roasted paneer and onion, stir it nicely.
- Serve the paneer fried rice along with some Manchurian gravy to elevate the yumminess.
