Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint Pilsner or light ale
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large sized Eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Combine water, beer, eggs, cream, and sugar in a large saucepan.
  2. Keep it over low heat and keep whisking to the point blend becomes frothy and light.
  3. Take out from heat just when it begins to boil. Don’t let it get boiled.
