- Prepare the oven by preheating the oven to 400°.
- Take the chicken breast, season and butterfly it with pepper, paprika and keep it aside.
- Take a small bowl and blend Italian seasoning, parsley, butter, and garlic. Keep it aside.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast, when the skillet is scorching. Sear it until it transforms into golden, about 1-2 minutes each side.
- Stream some garlic butter mixture on the chicken breast.
- Keep the skillet in the oven and cook it thoroughly. It will usually take about 20-30 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165F.
- Remove from the oven. Stream the butter sauce on the chicken breast that is remaining in the skillet by using a spoon before serving.
