Ingredients
  

  • 2 Nos Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • For Taste ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Pre-minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Prepare the oven by preheating the oven to 400°.
  2. Take the chicken breast, season and butterfly it with pepper, paprika and keep it aside.
  3. Take a small bowl and blend Italian seasoning, parsley, butter, and garlic. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken breast, when the skillet is scorching. Sear it until it transforms into golden, about 1-2 minutes each side.
  6. Stream some garlic butter mixture on the chicken breast.
  7. Keep the skillet in the oven and cook it thoroughly. It will usually take about 20-30 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  8. Remove from the oven. Stream the butter sauce on the chicken breast that is remaining in the skillet by using a spoon before serving.
