- Combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, garlic powder, cheese, salt, cilantro, and pepper in a large-sized mixing bowl. Mix it well.
- Take a large nonstick skillet and heat it on medium heat with cooking spray. Simply keep one tortilla in the pan, drizzle up, blend and spread evenly, top with the second tortilla. Cook it for 2 minutes, afterwards flip it and cook the other side until lightly golden. Repeat the same for 2nd quesadilla.
- Take it out from the heat and make eight cuts out of it.
