- Get the oven ready by preheating it to 180C/350F. Get a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- Pour your almond flour into a large-sized bowl and keep it aside. Pour your mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for one to two minutes, to the point it is completely melted.
- Pour your melted cheese in the bowl of almond flour and blend them very well until you get very thick dough leftover.
- On a kitchen surface, place a piece of parchment paper. Keep the ball of dough upon it and very gently flatten it. Keep another piece of parchment paper upon the top. Spread the dough to the point it is thin and flat by using a rolling pin; it should be around 1/6 inch.
- Chop the triangles of dough by using a pizza knife. Keep the pieces of uncooked tortilla chips upon the sheet which is lined.
- Keep baking the chips for 12-15 minutes, or to the point, they harness golden shade. Take out chips from the oven and allow them to cool down for some time.
