Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine 1/2 cup of water or vinegar, beef stock, tomato paste, and whole spice.
- Afterwards, mix London broil and cover it up. Keep it overnight for marinate in the fridge, marinate of 3 hours is also preferable if you want to prepare in lesser duration.
- Pat the beef dry after taking out the meat from the marinade.
- Press "saute" on the instant pot and stream oil.
- Pour the beef and sear until there is some browning.
- Stream some water or beef stock if you prefer and the blend of the marinade.
- Cook for 20 minutes at high pressure after locking a lid.
- Opt for a natural pressure release once done. Take out all the pieces of beef after opening up the lid when the valve drips down.
- Stream some salt and pepper and finally serve!
