Method
- Take the instant pot, mix up soy sauce, Jamaican jerk seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, pick Pickapeppa sauce, red wine vinegar, and salt in it, stir together for some time.
- Now, add the chicken pieces and gently coat them by stirring well.
- Keep note that the handle of stem release should be in the 'Sealing' position, and close the lid of the instant pot.
- Keep it on manual and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Gently open the Instant Pot after the rapid release of pressure.
- Take out the chicken pieces and keep aside.
- Turn on 'Saute' function and decrease until the sauce is wholly thickened, about 5 to 7 min, for minimizing it. You can use a splatter screen to prevent splatters if you feel.
- The lovely addition of side dishes like Peach Salsa or fried plantains will make it more enchanting; stream remaining sauce on the top!
