Method
- Take black pepper, salt and cayenne pepper and season the surface of salmon with it. Keep it aside.
- Blend water, honey, a pinch of salt, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice together. Stir the mixture well to blend it.
- Take an oven-safe skillet and heat it the on high heat flame. Stream some olive oil it. Pan-fry the salmon. Firstly, keep it skin side down, for at least one minute. Flip the salmon and again cook it for one minute extra. Once again, flip it and get the skin side at the bottom.
- Pour some garlic into the pan, saute it to the point it gets little browning. After that, add up the lemon wedge slices and some honey mixture to the skillet, decrease the sauce to the point it gets sticky.
- Broil the salmon in the oven for about 1 minute or to the point surface gets a little charred, and finish the process.
- Drizzle up some parsley on the salmon and serve while warm immediately.
