Method
- Take all the ingredients of chicken marinade and marinate chicken cubes with it, cover it up and refrigerate the marinade for overnight or at least 2 hours.
- Fry the marinade chicken deeply to the point it gets golden brown hue and keeps it aside.
- Take a wok and stream one tablespoon of chilli oil, set it on a high flame and saute the bell peppers in it. Keep it aside.
- Stream the leftover chilli oil in the same wok and fry the garlic chunks until they turn brown shaded.
