This Dosa is very easy and can be quickly prepared with leftover rice! Dosa is a tasty and healthy Indian dish, an ideal wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium bowls Cooked Rice
  • Half of an onion
  • salt For taste
  • 50 grams Curd
  • vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Take a grinder and stream all ingredients in it. Make a good paste out of it.
  2. If the batter is too thick, add some water.
  3. Take a non-stick pan and grease it well with vegetable oil.
  4. Take a little scoop of the batter and evenly roll it out on the pan.
  5. Cook it on medium heat and let the Dosa turn into a light golden shade and little crispy.
