Method
- Take two bags of green tea and steep in 8 ounces of water for 4-5 minutes. Take out the tea bags, and let the tea get cold and reach room temperature.
- Take a blender and pour the green tea, mango, dragon fruit, and lime juice in it, and process it until you get a smooth puree form.
- Stream some ice to glasses, and fill 2/3 portion of glasses with the fruit puree. Stream some soda water. Alternatively, you can also use coconut milk for topping. Simply use 1/3 cup of coconut milk beverage, or add 2-3 tablespoons of canned coconut milk, usually which comes in carton.
- If you prefer much sweet version, you can mix date syrup (about 1-2 tablespoons) into the blender with fruit puree.
