Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Green cabbage
  • 4 cups Red cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • Fresh Ground pepper

Method
 

  1. First of all, shred the head of cabbage.
  2. Use a grater to shred carrots.
  3. For coleslaw dressing: Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, maple syrup, chili powder, dill, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk it constantly when mayo gets clotted, whisk until it becomes a creamy consistency.
  4. Mix shredded carrots, cabbage, and coleslaw dressing. Serve the dish immediately. The coleslaw dish tastes best when eaten fresh; however, it will stay fresh for whole one week.
