EASY WAY TO MAKE ICE CREAM ROLL(Rolled ice cream)

Rolled ice cream is originally from Thailand, and getting exceedingly popular in the United States. Ingredients
  

  • 60ml ¼ cup • Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp • Whole milk 30ml
  • 1 tbsp • White granulated sugar 15g
  • 1 • Other ice cream mix-ins or Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • For a few hours, keep the sheet pan or ice cream kit pan roll to chill in the freezer. Also, keep the paint scrapers in the fridge prior 1 hour you want to make them.
  • Take a small pot and create the base by adding the whole milk, cream, and sugar. Keep it for heating on medium-high until the minute bubbles are formed. Keep stirring the mixture so it won't burn. Sugar will be entirely dissolved by heating up.
  • Take out the ice cream base from the heat after the bubble starts to form and for a few minutes, keep it to cool down at room temperature. After that shift that to a bowl and for 30 minutes to an hour, keep it in the fridge and let it get chilled.
  • Along with the paint scrapers, take out the very cold sheet pan from freezer. Merge the ice cream base with Oreo cookies and then stream it on the chilled pan. Slice and merge the cookies with the ice cream base. Slice them until well combined. Afterwards, roll it out and form an inch thick base of 1/8th. For at least 4 hours, keep the pan in the freezer. Keep the serving bowl in and the paint scrapers in the freezer too just before 30 minutes prior serving.
  • Now remove the serving bowl, paint scrapers and pan of ice cream out of the freezer. Push at a 45-degree angle and make use of cold paint scraper at one end at the scrape. The ice cream will be rolled up by this motion. Place the rolled ice cream chilled serving bowl and use tongs to take out the ice cream. Pour your favourite toppings on ice cream.
