ALMOND FLOUR PIE CRUST KETO RECIPE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups • Blanched almond flour
  • 1/3 cup • Erythritol
  • ¼ teaspoon • Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup • Ghee
  • 1 large • egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon • Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Keep the oven to preheat for 350 degrees F. Take round pie pan of 9 in (23 cm) and line the bottom of it by parchment paper, or grease the pan well.
  • Mix the almond flour with erythritol and sea salt in a large bowl.
  • Stir the egg and melted ghee, until you get the perfect blend. You may find that the "dough" is dry and crumbly. Keep going on with pressing, mixing, and stirring, until it wholly gets uniform and even texture and the all almond flour powder is used. You can also use a food processor to blend it all.
  • At the bottom of the prepared pan, press the dough. If you desire, you can flute the edges; Stuck it back by pressing if it starts to crumble. Take a fork and carefully poke holes in the surface to keep away bubbling.
  • Keep baking it for 10-12 minutes, until it takes a light golden colour, and your yummiest almond flour pie crust is ready!
