CLASSIC SIMPLE RECIPE FOR MANGO DRAGONFRUIT REFRESHER

Go for this soulful mixture of dragon fruit, fresh mango, and health raising green tea. This copycat of mango dragonfruit refresher has an energizing fruity flavour along with a dose of health. Just give up the high sugar version and go for this easy homemade version!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit peeled and diced.
  • 2 bags Green tea
  • 1 Lemon Lime juice (simply give it up if substituting coconut milk for soda water)
  • Soda water
  • coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Date syrup

Instructions
 

  • Take two bags of green tea and steep in 8 ounces of water for 4-5 minutes. Take out the tea bags, and let the tea get cold and reach room temperature.
  • Take a blender and pour the green tea, mango, dragon fruit, and lime juice in it, and process it until you get a smooth puree form.
  • Stream some ice to glasses, and fill 2/3 portion of glasses with the fruit puree. Stream some soda water. Alternatively, you can also use coconut milk for topping. Simply use 1/3 cup of coconut milk beverage, or add 2-3 tablespoons of canned coconut milk, usually which comes in carton.
  • If you prefer much sweet version, you can mix date syrup (about 1-2 tablespoons) into the blender with fruit puree.
