BISQUICK COFFEE CAKE – APPLE FLAVORED RECIPE

Ingredients
  

Cake:

  • 2 Cups Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 Cup Milk or water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Nos Egg
  • 1 Nos Tart green apple, cored, peeled, sliced

Topping:

  • 1/3 Cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 cup packed Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oven by preheating it to 400°F.
  • Take an 8" square pan or 9" round pan, grease it. Mix up all the cake ingredients. Spread out the cake batter in pan. Add up apple slices on the batter throughout all the cake consistently.
  • Mix up all the topping ingredients Bisquick, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Roll out the topping mix on the batter in pan. Put the slices of butter throughout top.
  • Bake it for 20 minutes or until it gets a lovely golden brown tint, test it by piercing the toothpick.
