- 2 Nos Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 4 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- For Taste ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Pre-minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Prepare the oven by preheating the oven to 400°.
Take the chicken breast, season and butterfly it with pepper, paprika and keep it aside.
Take a small bowl and blend Italian seasoning, parsley, butter, and garlic. Keep it aside.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breast, when the skillet is scorching. Sear it until it transforms into golden, about 1-2 minutes each side.
