Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 3/2 cup Water
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1/2 Nos chopped onion
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • Sesame seeds (any choice)
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ pound chicken breast
  • 2 Nos Eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp safflower oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add rice, water, and salt in a large pot and heat the pot until the rice starts to boil. Cook the rice on low heat flame for at least 20 minutes after covering it up.
  • Remove the pot from the heats and take out the rice in a container and refrigerate it overnight.
  • After that, blend the soy sauce, butter, garlic, and lemon and form a Benihana garlic sauce.
  • Cook onion, carrot, peas, and green onion in a pot for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Take the chicken breast in a pan and cook it. Add some garlic butter in the chicken.
  • Pour safflower oil in a large pan and heat it. Add rice, garlic butter, chicken, eggs, and the vegetables in it and mix them thoroughly.
  • Garnish your Benihana Chicken Fried Rice with the garlic sauce, salt and pepper, and some sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
