Add rice, water, and salt in a large pot and heat the pot until the rice starts to boil. Cook the rice on low heat flame for at least 20 minutes after covering it up.
Remove the pot from the heats and take out the rice in a container and refrigerate it overnight.
After that, blend the soy sauce, butter, garlic, and lemon and form a Benihana garlic sauce.
Cook onion, carrot, peas, and green onion in a pot for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Take the chicken breast in a pan and cook it. Add some garlic butter in the chicken.
Pour safflower oil in a large pan and heat it. Add rice, garlic butter, chicken, eggs, and the vegetables in it and mix them thoroughly.
Garnish your Benihana Chicken Fried Rice with the garlic sauce, salt and pepper, and some sesame seeds.
