- ½ cup Water
- Beef stock (for the sauce)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
- Beef stock for the Instant Pot
- 1 tbsp Olive or canola oil
- 2 lb London broil or top round
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- salt
- Pepper for taste
Take a mixing bowl and combine 1/2 cup of water or vinegar, beef stock, tomato paste, and whole spice.
Afterwards, mix London broil and cover it up. Keep it overnight for marinate in the fridge, marinate of 3 hours is also preferable if you want to prepare in lesser duration.
Pat the beef dry after taking out the meat from the marinade.
Press "saute" on the instant pot and stream oil.
Pour the beef and sear until there is some browning.
Stream some water or beef stock if you prefer and the blend of the marinade.
Cook for 20 minutes at high pressure after locking a lid.
Opt for a natural pressure release once done. Take out all the pieces of beef after opening up the lid when the valve drips down.
Stream some salt and pepper and finally serve!
