Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Water
  • Beef stock (for the sauce)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • Beef stock for the Instant Pot
  • 1 tbsp Olive or canola oil
  • 2 lb London broil or top round
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • Pepper for taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and combine 1/2 cup of water or vinegar, beef stock, tomato paste, and whole spice.
  • Afterwards, mix London broil and cover it up. Keep it overnight for marinate in the fridge, marinate of 3 hours is also preferable if you want to prepare in lesser duration.
  • Pat the beef dry after taking out the meat from the marinade.
  • Press "saute" on the instant pot and stream oil.
  • Pour the beef and sear until there is some browning.
  • Stream some water or beef stock if you prefer and the blend of the marinade.
  • Cook for 20 minutes at high pressure after locking a lid.
  • Opt for a natural pressure release once done. Take out all the pieces of beef after opening up the lid when the valve drips down.
  • Stream some salt and pepper and finally serve!
