EASY ASPARAGUS TART

This wonderful and tasty recipe is utterly soft and tender, crisp asparagus is amalgamated with flaky, puff pastry crust blanketed in butter along with ample of cheese and dijon mustard rains, go for this very easy Asparagus Tart which will make your casual dinner party more elegant and ideal for weekend brunches!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sheet Puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 bunch Asparagus, tough ends trimmed
  • 3 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Keep the oven to preheat at 400 degrees F. After that, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Very softly spread puff pastry to an 11"x14" rectangle by using a rolling pin, then shift to the baking sheet, which is lined with parchment sheet. Pock the holes over the puff pastry by using a fork, then drizzle up some mustard all over it.
  • Stream some gruyere all over the puff pastry; make sure you keep offset of 1" border from all sides. Place all asparagus spears in a manner they are parallel with each other, or you can spark your creativity and keep them diagonal.
  • Drizzle up some parmesan cheese on it. Bake it until the crust gets golden brown in shade and puffy, at least for 20-25 minutes. Cut it into square-shaped pieces to serve. You can also pour some balsamic glaze if you want.
