Ingredients
  

  • 4 King Oyster mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a small pan and pour ground black pepper, salt and cumin in it, toast together on slowest fire until fragrant.
  • Chop 2 to 3 cm thick chunks of king size mushroom. Also, create some cross lines on a single side.
  • Take a pan and brush it up with oil. Keep the oyster mushrooms in the pan. Cook it on medium fire and only fry single side to the point it is lightly seared, after that, flip it once and fry another side. The complete process will take no more than 4 to 5 minutes. Also, make sure you cook the mushrooms slowly.
  • Transfer the mushroom chunks to a serving plate and lay out the blend of spice. Bring on your favorite dipping!
