- 16 Nos Cremini mushrooms
- Fleur de Sel sea salt To taste
- 3 cups Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Nos Garlic cloves
- 4 sliced Whole shallots
- 2 cups Picked Dungeness crabmeat
- ½ cup Hellman’s Heavy Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Chopped chives
- ½ cup Chopped chives
- ½ cup Chopped capers
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
To Marinate Creminis
Get a roasting tray and place cremini mushrooms on it, drizzle up some sea salt on it. Make the oven ready by preheating it to 350-degree Fahrenheit and keep it in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out the mushrooms and give them rest of extra 15 minutes. Add garlic, olive oil, shallots, and mushrooms to a mixing bowl. Wrap it with plastic wrap and for 48 hours, store it in the refrigerator.
To Caper Crab Salad
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, crab, chives, and capers in a mixing bowl. Check if all the ingredients are mixed wholly.
