PB&J Canapés – (Recipe courtesy – Grant Achatz) (A flip on Grant Achatz’s Classic Peanut butter and jelly canapé recipe)

This classic PB&J canape is a unique flip on the traditional sandwich recipe by Grant Achatz. This unique recipe does not contain peanut butter and jelly. Yet, it will give you the same familiar vibe and flavour like a popular combination of peanut butter and jelly, a signature dish of Alinea!

Ingredients
  

  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 12 Thin baguette slices
  • 1 tbsp Roasted peanut oil
  • 1 tsp Minced tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp Blis Elixir vinegar
  • Maldon salt For serving
  • 16 Green grapes Peeled

Instructions
 

  • Get the oven ready by preheating it to 325°. Use a fork and crush the peeled grapes in a small-sized bowl. Stir the vinegar and minced tarragon. Coat it with some pepper.
  • Take the peanut oil and brush up the baguette slices with it. Toast them in the oven to the point they become crisp or at least for eight to ten minutes. Drizzle up some crushed grapes, also sprinkle up some Maldon salt.
