How to Cook Over Medium Eggs

The over medium egg is much popular style for fried eggs, and becoming more and more cherished for years! Scrambled eggs, sunny side up and over easy are all great at their place, but the uniqueness of over medium eggs cannot be beaten by any of these! Here is the easy way to cook over medium eggs!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take the pan and add up some butter to it and place the pan on medium heat flame. Allow the butter to melt and entirely and evenly. You can also spread the butter evenly throughout the whole pan.
  • After that, crack the egg in the pan and cook it on medium heat flame for extra 1-2 minutes. Pour some pepper and salt.
  • When the whites of the eggs are completely set, gently flip the egg once and make sure the yolk is not broken or distorted. Let the egg get cooked for extra 15-30 seconds once you flip it to the other side, and turn off the heat source. Allow the eggs to settle in the hot pan for an extra minute and then take it from the heated pan.
  • Drizzle up the salt and pepper for taste.
