Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Beef top sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 Onion large, julienned
  • 1 Sweet red pepper large, julienned
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 cup Reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 Flour tortillas (5 inches) mini-sized, warmed

Instructions

  • Get a 6-qt. Electric pressure cooker. Select a sauté and browning setting on it. Adjust the pressure cooker for medium heat; pour oil in it. Brown the beef after oil gets hot. Afterward, press the cancel button. Keep pepper, onions, and garlic on the meat. Again drizzle up some seasonings, broth, and lemon juice.
  • Lock up the lid; close the pressure-release valve. Adjust your pressure-cooker by setting it on high, about three minutes. Give a quick release to the inner pressure. A thermometer should read 160° after it is inserted into the beef. Use tongs to serve fajitas; drizzle up some extra toppings on it if you desire.
