- 1/2 cup Diced onions
- 1 cup Fresh -string beans
- 1 tbsp Barley
- 1 cup Diced carrots
- 2 cup Stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1 pinch Dried basil
- 3 cubes Beef bouillon
- 1 Stalk celery chopped
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Clove garlic chopped
- 1.2 Litre. Water
Take a pressure cooker of 6+ liter and spray it with Pam. Pour onions, celery, and carrots and sauté them till they become a little limp.
Drizzle up some flour on it.
Pour all the ingredients that are left and cook them on high pressure for at least 5 minutes.
Take out from the heat, give a natural pressure release to it, take out the lid and enjoy your soup.
