The Best Green Salad Recipe

This green salad is very easy to make. It is the lovely amalgamation of panko, crumbled pecorino, soft butter lettuce, and crimson spring onions.

Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 ounces Butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Red spring onions
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces Pecorino Romano crumbled
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp White sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take a large-sized bowl and pour the spring onions, butter lettuce, Pecorino, and breadcrumbs into it.
  • Take a small bowl and blend the mustard, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, and sugar in it. Whisk it well to mix.
  • Add up the dressing to salad just before serving and toss it well to mix. Serve it immediately.
