Walking Taco Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 diced White onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup Restaurant style salsa
  • 8 oz Shredded cheese
  • 3 cups Fritos
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomato

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oven by preheating it to 350 degrees.
  • Take a large pan and heat olive oil in it over medium-high flame.
  • Pour onion in it and a hint of pepper and salt for taste. Keep cooking it for 4 minutes, and stir frequently.
  • Add chili powder, garlic, paprika, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, a hint of pepper and salt. Cook it for 30 seconds and stir it at constant regular intervals.
  • After that, mix raw ground beef in it and again cook. Break it into small pieces by using a spatula, cook it wholly. Stir in black beans and salsa.
  • Drizzle up cheese, cover-up taco meat and bake it in the oven. Keep it uncovered for about 5 minutes, or to the point whole cheese is completely melt.
  • Drizzle up a layer of Fritos chips and a layer of tomatoes and lettuce.
  • Garnish the casserole with sour cream, and serve while warm.
