Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds Salmon
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Get your oven ready by preheating it to 375 degrees F. Then line a baking tray with parchment and keep salmon on it, keep it aside.
  • Take a small bowl and blend all the remaining ingredients together and simply coat the salmon with it.
  • For 18 to 20 minutes, simply bake the salmon and afterward chop it into different portions for serving.
