- 3 medium bowls Cooked Rice
- Half of an onion
- salt For taste
- 50 grams Curd
- vegetable oil
Take a grinder and stream all ingredients in it. Make a good paste out of it.
If the batter is too thick, add some water.
Take a non-stick pan and grease it well with vegetable oil.
Take a little scoop of the batter and evenly roll it out on the pan.
Cook it on medium heat and let the Dosa turn into a light golden shade and little crispy.
