- 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp White sugar
- 6 tbsp Granola
- 6 ounces Container nonfat vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
Take a small bowl and add blueberries and strawberries to it. Drizzle up some sugar; stir it well to completely coat the berries.
Stream 2 tbsp of granola into the parfait glass/jar at the bottom. Top it with 2 tbsp of yogurt and drizzle up ½ tbsp of lemon zest over it. Afterwards drizzle up 1/3 berries on it. Keep repeating the same in layers until the parfait jar gets completely full.
