Blueberry+ Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp White sugar
  • 6 tbsp Granola
  • 6 ounces Container nonfat vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Take a small bowl and add blueberries and strawberries to it. Drizzle up some sugar; stir it well to completely coat the berries.
  • Stream 2 tbsp of granola into the parfait glass/jar at the bottom. Top it with 2 tbsp of yogurt and drizzle up ½ tbsp of lemon zest over it. Afterwards drizzle up 1/3 berries on it. Keep repeating the same in layers until the parfait jar gets completely full.
