How to Cook Millet

- 1 1/2 cups Millet
- 3 cups Water
- Kosher salt
Take a dry pan, pour 1 ½ cups millet into it. Keep toasting it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat flame; stir it frequently.
Stream 3 cups of water. Also, pour the kosher salt into it. Boil it lightly and decrease the heat to a low heat flame. Cover up the pot and keep simmering it for seventeen minutes, to the point complete water has been wholly absorbed.
Use the fork and fluff the millet, and pour some salt.
Pour a little bit of butter or olive oil, and you can also add some aromatic herbs and spices as you desire.
