    • 4.5 ounces Butter lettuce
    • 1/2 cup Red spring onions
    • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    • 4 ounces Pecorino Romano crumbled
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
    • 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp White sugar

    Instructions
