    • Get a 6-qt. Electric pressure cooker. Select a sauté and browning setting on it. Adjust the pressure cooker for medium heat; pour oil in it. Brown the beef after oil gets hot.     • Lock up the lid; close the pressure-release valve. Adjust your pressure-cooker by setting it on high, about three minutes. Give a quick release to the inner pressure.
