Since I tried the pressure cooker recipe, I have become a huge fan of pressure-cooked rice and its wonderful stickiness. The pressure cooker rice recipe is very easy and prepared within 3 minutes. You get to taste most the most fluffy, soft, and sticky rice within 3 minutes. Soft pressure-cooked rice makes an ideal option as a side dish with chicken curry on a relaxing Sunday!

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup White rice
    • 1 cup Water
    • salt

    Instructions
     

    • Take the inner pot of the pressure cooker and stream 1 cup of water into it. Apply trivet on the water, and keep the arms up.
    • Take a heat-proof bowl and combine 1 cup of water and rinsed rice in it. Make sure your heat-proof bowl can be adjusted inside the pressure cooker; lower it upon the top of the trivet.
    • Apply pressure cooker lid and lock in place. Set steam vent valve into a Sealing position. Tap pressure cook and cook the rice at high pressure for 3 minutes.
    • Give the natural release to the inner pressure. Allow the natural release for 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
    • Sprinkle up some salt on the rice and fluff the rice with the help of a fork.
